We recruit workers for general farming, mechanical and truck drivers with the necessary experience.
We assist with the H-2A Visa work program by sending the applications to the farmers, marketing the applicant’s resumes and arranging interviews with the farmers.
Once the Farmer approves the applicant, we assist with the necessary documents and the procedure to the United States and back to South Africa after the season.
After that, we are the main link between the Farmer and his worker.
